It may also be possible to provide an alternative workshop, subject to availability.

You can substitute participants at any time up to the commencement of the workshop. Additional participants can also be accommodated, subject to venue and facilitator acceptance. Additional participants may incur and extra charge.

If a workshop is cancelled by Migrators before the event, alternatives will be provided, if possible. If alternatives are not possible, costs will be refunded in full. If a workshop is cancelled due to a poor venue, no refund will be provided.

Costs
The fee for delivery of the on site workshops will be as stated in the individual information sheets. The fee will be payable for each  each participant, and will  include all materials.  If more than 10 people require staff development in a workshop, additional sessions may be required.
All costs are based on a minimum of 4 participants for each workshop. Discounts are available for large numbers of participants, wishing to attend Migrators workshops.

A deposit equal to 50% of the total workshop costs should be made with registration, at least 10 working days before the first workshop start date. Payment should be made by cheque, payable to Migrators. Arrangements can also be made for bank transfer of payments.

Payment of the remaining 50% of the workshop costs, together with any agreed travel or accommodation costs, should be made within 10 days of the completion of each workshop.

Workshops held outside of Gloucestershire may incur additional charges for transport and accommodation. If this is likely to happen, any additional costs will be agreed prior to confirmation of booking.
