How do we register for a Workshop?
Complete all elements of the Workshop Booking Form and send it, with a cheque for the total cost, to Migrators, at least 10 working days before your first workshop date. We will then contact you to confirm the dates, venue, participants and any special provisions.

How many people can attend a Workshop?
Experience shows that the best interactions are with around 4-10 participants, plus the facilitator. If there are less than 4 participants, the workshop can still be held, but it becomes more of a coaching session, with individual attention being provided to each participant by the facilitator. If more than 10 people need to participate, it may be better to have several separate workshops.

What will we get from the workshop?
There will be a series of presentations and demonstrations relevant to the workshop and your business. After each presentation, there will be discussions to ensure the participants understand the issues. In addition there will also be a series of exercises, during which participants will be encouraged to relate their work to the presentations. Facilitators will also provide feedback on the exercises.

Each participant will also receive a comprehensive set of notes relating to the presentations. In addition, the notes will contain a series of useful tips and check lists, which can be used immediately. A limited amount of direct support, via e-mail and telephone, will also be available from Migrators following each workshop.

What happens if someone can not attend?
You can substitute participants at any time up to the commencement of the workshop. Additional participants can also be accommodated on the day, subject to venue and facilitator acceptance. Although, additional participants may incur and extra charge.

If you have to cancel a confirmed workshop, refunds are not generally made. However, where possible arrangements will be made to hold the workshops on another date, subject to facilitator availability. It may also be possible to provide an alternative workshop.
