PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Case Study

The marketing department of a leading financial institution needed to improve the time taken to prepare its financial projects (mortgages, loans, savings accounts) and make them available to customers.

Migrators Consultants held a series of workshops introducing modern project management techniques into the financial institution.
