COMMUNICATIONS

Good communications are essential to modern business. Organisations need to ensure that the most appropriate communications are used. They also need to ensure that the messages they give and receive are clearly understood by everybody.

Case Study

 As part of a government Private Finance Initiative (PFI), the development of new computer systems was outsourced to a specialist private company.

After a short while, it was found that system changes cost more than expected, ran late, or did not work properly. Additionally, working relationships were deteriorating, with progress only being discussed at formal meetings.

Migrators consultants developed an internal communications plan for the complete organisation.
