clients needs and recommend practical solutions to the resolution of
problems that may be encountered. Regular updates are also provided
relating to work underway.
Migrators use up to date sources of data and the most
appropriate delivery systems. Migrators use this data to provide novel, yet practical,
solutions resolving the problems encountered in the management of change. Data and results provided by
Migrators are provided in, easily understood, non technical, formats.
Migrators are not aligned to any specific service, product or method. As
such, they provide an individual, impartial and independent, consultancy for
each customer organisation. However, Migrators subscribe to the Institute
of Management Consultants (IMC) Code of Practice regarding business transactions
and integrity.

Migrators consultants are experienced and successful
managers who have linked together to provide a dynamic service dedicated to
the management implementation and integration of change in business and
organisations.
All Migrators consultants have significant experience in the
main areas
relating to the management of change. For instance,
each of the Company Directors has more than 20 years direct experience in the management
of change and its environment. All other Migrators consultants have at
least 10 years practical experience in business or industry.
