currently available. However, when they are introduced, the relevant item in this User
Agreement
will be invoked, or an appropriate item added.
1. Disclaimer
Migrators, or its associates, provide any information on this web site 'as
is'. Migrators will take reasonable care to ensure that the information displayed is
correct and up to date. However, Migrators take no responsibility for any use
that may be made of the data.
Nothing within this site shall
constitute any form of offer, or contract. Offers and contracts will only
be provided via explicitly stated correspondence. This may be via e-mail, facsimile
or letter and will conform to Migrators standards and appropriate legal
conventions.
2. Copyright and Limited Permission to Copy
Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and similar rights in
all material published on the Site are owned by Migrators Consulting Limited, or its licensors. You are
permitted to print or download this material for your personal use. You may not
(whether directly or through the use of any software program) create a database
in electronic or structured manual form by regularly or systematically
downloading and storing all or any part of the pages from this Site. None of
this material may be used for any commercial or public use, without prior
written permission.
No part of the Site
or any material appearing on the Site may be reproduced or stored in or
transmitted to any other web site, without prior written permission. You may, on an occasional and irregular
basis, provide insubstantial portions of information from the Site in memoranda,
reports and presentations, but only if such information is distributed or
otherwise made available in print or by secure electronic means, for a
non-commercial purpose, to a limited number of individuals. You must include in
all such memoranda, reports and presentations all copyright notices from Migrators,
the information use, and original source attribution. You may not post any
content from the Site to newsgroups, mailing lists or electronic bulletin
boards, without the prior written consent of Migrators.
Apart from the limited
permission to copy, stated above, no material appearing on the Site may be disseminated in any
form, either electronic or non-electronic, nor included in any retrieval system
or service without the prior written permission of Migrators which may
include the payment of a
specified fee. Any request for permission may be sent, by post or e-mail to
Migrators, as shown on the Contacts page.
3. Third Party Material
Material appearing on the Site may include advertising,
sponsored material and material submitted by parties other than Migrators. The Site
may also provide links to other sites operated by third parties. It is the
responsibility of such third parties to ensure that any material and such sites
comply with all relevant laws and regulations. To the full extent permissible by
law, Migrators disclaims all responsibility for any error, omission or inaccuracy in
such material or its failure to comply with the relevant laws or regulations.
4. Data Protection
Data provided to Migrators in response to any part of this
Site may be retained by Migrators, or its associates. No specific items of data will
be provided, or sold, to any third party without specific permission being given. However, Migrators
may
use the data provided for statistical purposes, with the generalised results of
the analysis being passed on to third parties.
The consultancy and services
provided by Migrators are confidential to the client. No details of the
services provided to clients will be released to other parties without the
permission of the client, except when legally required.
5. Protected Rights
The name " Migrators", "Quick Brief", "Achieving
Success Together" and its logos are trade marks, or service marks of Migrators
Consulting Limited. You are not permitted to use, reproduce or allow anyone to use
or reproduce these trade marks for any reason. The software which operates the Site
is proprietary software and you are not permitted to use it except as expressly
allowed under the terms of this Agreement, or that of the relevant software
licenses. Any other use or purported licensing,
modification, enhancement or interference is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law
This User Agreement is deemed to have been made in the United
Kingdom of Britain and Northern Ireland and is governed by English law. Any
dispute relating to this agreement shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the
courts of England.
When using this site, or any
data referred to within it, users should ensure that they comply will any
legal requirements for their nation, or region. The Migrators website
endeavours
to comply with the legal elements of different nations and regions, but
can not be held responsible for any omission. As
such, Migrators welcomes relevant new information regarding the legal
position of the internet sites in other nations and regions. Any
correspondence can be sent to Migrators via the Contacts
web page.
7. Changes to the User Agreement
Migrators will publicise any changes to the User Agreement on its web pages.
This may include publicity on any relevant part of the Site. However, the definitive details of
any changes will be published on this Legal
Aspects web page. The user is encouraged to access
this page at regular intervals, to remain aware of any changes. Any
additions, or amendments, are shown in italics, for a short while after
publication.
8. Notices
You may serve a notice on Migrators for the purposes of this Agreement by sending it via e-mail, or the postal addresses, appearing on the Contacts
web page. Migrators may serve a notice on you by
sending it to your e-mail, or postal address.

Monitoring
Migrators may monitor the usage of
this site by users. This may be achieved by physical, statistical or
software methods. Monitoring may also be extended to the provision of
relevant e-mails and related correspondence.
This does not effect your rights
to privacy and confidentiality. Any information will remain confidential to
the user and Migrators and will be treated in the same way as data
provision, described in Section 4., above. On request, Migrators will
provide any specific information regarding monitoring of individual users to
the individuals concerned. A small fee may be chargeable for providing this
information.
10. Newsletters
Occasionally Migrators may send newsletters, promotional or other
informative correspondence, to subscribers and others that have shown
interest in the organisation. Additionally, viewers may request to be placed
on the subscription list of any correspondence from Migrators.
Migrators treats all requests for subscriptions as
confidential. All requests for subscriptions, and the data provided, are
held within the European Union and use the appropriate guidelines and legal
aspects regarding data protection. Migrators will not sell, exchange, or
pass on any data supplied by viewers requesting subscriptions.
Viewers can unsubscribe, or request Migrators not to
send such correspondence, by sending an e-mail to
unsubscribe@migrators.co.uk.
Viewers should state the name and type of the correspondence in the Title
line of the e-mail. Migrators will guarantee to remove the viewer from the
subscription of the specified correspondence within 10 working days of
receipt.
